We’re a team of educators with a passion for nature and fostering a healthy learning environment for children.
Heritage Farm School is a nature-based learning community on our 10-acre family farm in Enumclaw, Washington. Children spend their days outdoors caring for animals, tending gardens, exploring the farm, and learning through hands-on academics and meaningful work.
Our warm, experienced teachers guide children with intention, connection, and joy, creating a safe, welcoming community where every child can grow, belong, and thrive.
Our Mission Statement
Heritage Farm School is a nature-based early learning and homeschool enrichment program rooted in farm life, community, and hands-on discovery. Our days are spent outdoors on our 10-acre family farm where children learn through meaningful work, seasonal rhythms, animal care, and project-based academics. We nurture the whole child—head, heart, and hands—through real experiences, strong relationships, and joyful outdoor learning.

At Heritage Farm School, we believe children thrive when they are connected to nature, community, and meaningful work. Our philosophy is rooted in the rhythms of real farm life—caring for animals, tending gardens, exploring the outdoors, and learning through hands-on experiences.
We honor the whole child by nurturing their emotional well-being, social growth, academic development, and natural curiosity. We follow the seasons, encourage purposeful play, and trust children with responsibilities that build confidence and capability. Through outdoor learning, community involvement, and project-based academics, we help children grow into grounded, joyful, resilient learners.

Welcome to Heritage Farm School!
When our family first opened our gates four years ago, our dream was to create a place where children could grow through nature, community, and the work of real farm life. Today, that dream has bloomed into a joyful school filled with dedicated teachers, thriving students, and families who value a slower, more intentional childhood.
Every day at Heritage is shaped by seasonal rhythms, hands-on academics, and meaningful experiences with animals, gardens, and the farm. We believe children learn best when they feel safe, connected, and deeply engaged in the world around them.
