Farm Fridays

Farm Fridays

Heritage Farm School presents Farm Fridays—a weekly summer experience filled with fresh air, movement, and hands on learning on the farm! We invite kids ages 6–12 to join us each Friday for a flexible day of gardening, outdoor play, and farm-inspired fitness—designed to bring children together through connection, creativity, and meaningful time outdoors.

Each Friday offers a half or full day option:

Garden Club (9:00–12:00)
Children spend the morning in the garden—planting, tending, harvesting, and exploring the rhythms of the growing season. Time is also set aside for nature journaling and a shared read aloud outdoors.

Lunch + Free Play (12:00–12:30)
A relaxed midday break to enjoy lunch, play, and connect with friends in a natural farm setting.

Farm Fit (12:30–2:00)
An active afternoon focused on movement and wellness. Children engage in games, obstacle courses, and farm-inspired activities while learning simple habits around health, nutrition, and hydration.

Farm Fridays are designed to be simple, meaningful, and rooted in the rhythms of summer—offering children space to
move, create, and grow in a supportive outdoor environment.
